Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trial Attorney to lead personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of litigating cases, negotiating settlements, and delivering results in and out of the courtroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury cases from intake through trial, including depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Engage in settlement negotiations and effectively advocate for clients during trials.
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
Maintain excellent client communication and provide case updates.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
2+ years of litigation and trial experience, preferably in personal injury law.
Strong courtroom presence with experience handling jury trials.
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to obtain favorable settlements.
